How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders totaling less than $75, the shipping cost is $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item. How long does it take to ship and deliver my order? Our products are made-to-order and manufactured once you place the order. The production time and shipping time vary from product to product. You can find the estimated production and shipping time in the product descriptions. While we try to fulfill your order on time, we can not guarantee delivery times. On occasion, due to an increase in order volume or situations outside of our control (for example, delivery services such as USPS and DHL), it may take longer to deliver your order. Your patience is appreciated. What if I did not receive all the products in my order? If you purchase more than one item, your order may ship out in multiple packages. Contact us if you still do not receive all the products within the estimated delivery time. What if products arrived damaged? We offer a free replacement if you contact us and provide clear pictures showing the damage within 14 days of product delivery. We will not allow replacement after 14 days of product delivery. Please note that we may need to verify the damage before proceeding with a replacement. Our verification process may include additional questions, requests for more information, or any other reasonable means to evaluate the reported damage. Can I make changes after the order is submitted? Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is submitted.
